Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026. This policy describes the current pre-launch static build.
Scope and operator
This policy applies to Pocket Parlor at aestro.page. In this policy, “we” means the operator of that site. Before the production launch, the operator's legal name, postal contact, hosting provider, and applicable processing region must be added here.
Current data handling
The current build has no accounts, database, analytics, advertising code, or working form endpoint. The catalog and play files are hosted locally; games are not framed from their creators' websites. Your browser may store a theme choice, favorites, and certain game preferences, scores, or tutorial states in localStorage. This information remains on your device unless a specific game handles it differently in its own local code.
Server logs
When the public site is deployed, its hosting provider may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser details, requested URLs, and security events in access or security logs. Those logs are used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. The provider's identity, retention period, and processing region must be documented here before launch.
Email and contact requests
If you email [email protected], we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message, to respond to support, licensing, accessibility, or privacy requests. The preview contact form does not send or save entries. Before a working form or production mailbox is activated, this page must identify the relevant provider, retention period, and deletion process.
Advertising and analytics
Neither advertising nor analytics is enabled in this build. If either is introduced, this policy and the consent experience will be updated before that data processing begins.
Google personalised advertising, if enabled
If Google personalised ads are enabled, Google and other applicable third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites. Google may receive information such as the page URL and IP address when its advertising services load. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites and apps.
You can turn off personalised ads in Google's My Ad Center. Turning off personalisation does not remove advertising altogether; ads may still be based on the page, current search terms, or general location. If additional advertising vendors are introduced, this page will identify them and link to their available opt-out controls before they begin processing data.
We will not serve Google personalised ads to users in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland until the required consent experience is in place, including a Google-certified CMP where required.
Your choices and requests
You can remove theme, favorite, score, tutorial, and game-preference data using your browser's site-data controls. Depending on applicable law, you may also ask about personal information handled through a future production contact channel, request correction or deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern by emailing [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify and process a request safely.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page before material changes to data handling take effect and revise the date above.
