Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026. These terms describe access to the current browser-game catalog.
Using the site
You may browse and play the catalog for lawful, personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The site does not offer accounts, paid subscriptions, or in-game purchases in this build. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security measures, use automated activity that harms availability, or misrepresent another creator's work as your own.
Third-party games and licenses
The 80 games are open-source projects from their named creators. Their code and assets remain governed by the licenses included with each vendored copy and summarized on its game page. Pocket Parlor does not claim authorship or ownership of those games, and these terms do not grant rights beyond the applicable upstream license.
Feedback, reports, and takedown requests
If you believe a game page, attribution, license notice, or other site material is inaccurate or infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the relevant page URL and enough detail to review the request. We may correct, disable, replace, or remove material while reviewing licensing, security, accessibility, or compatibility concerns.
Availability and links
We may change, suspend, or discontinue a game or site feature without notice. Browser-game compatibility can vary by device and browser. Links to creator, source, or license pages are provided for reference; their content and availability are controlled by their respective operators.
No warranty and limits
The site and games are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Upstream license texts contain their own warranty disclaimers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Contact and changes
For questions about these terms, email [email protected]. Games may be adapted, replaced, or removed to address licensing, security, accessibility, or compatibility concerns. Material changes update the date above. Before production launch, the operator's legal name and postal contact should be added to this page.
